In your home and yard, we cover your family's health from the growth of your own food, to cooking meals including vegan, vegetarian, local, and organic, all the way to what holistic health tricks have been forgotten over the ages and body care solutions you can make from the kitchen that your grandmother may not have told you.  

We go into your community and look at who is doing what to help with creating a better life for all of us, including non-human being and restoring the planet.  We look at global conflicts, national and international politics, and the humanitarian crises that effect your neighbors and those across the sea who we rely on.  

We live in an eco-system, and as part of our goal here at Duchess International, we challenge you to think as a global citizen, 

from the meaning of a local farmer's market nearby to the meaning of women and children suffering in developing regions who harvest food and products you use at home.  

We encourage intercultural interaction and learning from everyone you encounter, because that is how we grow as people and as memebers of society.  

We are a sharing community, input is always welcome in any respectful form.
